For the engine. Regular service check up should be done as often as every 6 months or 5000 kms which ever comes first. This will ensure that your car will be running in good condition at all times.

Preventive maintenance is needed so that you will know right away what is the problem before it happens.

People tend to forget cleaning maintenance of the car.  As long as there car is running well or they got their engine check they forgot the aspect of cleaning the whole car.

You have to wash it regularly depending on your usage and weather condition. Wax it once or twice a month using a good quality wax. Waxing can make your car paint last and have protection from sun.

Also have your interior clean as often as you want. Cleaning the inside of your car regularly will make your upholstery last longer. So regular maintenance of car includes practically everything in a car.
